What Is Triton Ballpark?
Triton Ballpark is home to the University of California, San Diego Tritons baseball team. The 1,200-seat stadium is located on UCSD’s East Campus in La Jolla. The first ever night game took place in 2011 after the ballpark received lights. And, prior to the 2015 season, the stadium received a major renovation that included the addition of a press box, a permanent grandstand to replace bleacher seating, a players’ clubhouse down the right field line, and sunken dugouts.
