What We Did for Knockout
Our first step was to meet with Knockout to discuss what they had in mind for their project. At this time, we also surveyed the site and took some measurements. They wanted a marker that would announce where they were located both day and night. Based on their vision and budget, we recommend a channel letter sign. They liked the idea of that, and once they approved the art proofs we provided them with, we got down to work.
For the fabrication process, we started with aluminum frames which we shaped to spell out “Knockout Pizza.” We then added dark acrylic faces to the letters to stand out from the color of the building. We then mounted the lower back portion of the letters to a raceway and installed the raceway on the building. A spotlight behind the letters makes them really stand out at night.
Now, hungry diners can find Knockout Pizza easily throughout the day and night. The client was thrilled with the job we did.
